Mark spent a lot of time with us trying to find our new home. He was always willing to find more properties for us to look at during our search. I tried to count how many houses Mark and I saw and I lost count somewhere around 55, all within a 2-month timeframe. I was obsessive, spending hours looking through hundreds of listings and sending Mark a list of sometimes 10 houses at a time to set up showings for. He never lost patience with me,  was always extremely responsive and always found a way to carve out time for me, usually within 24-48 hours of me sending a list. He didn't try to gloss over any house defects, he even pointed out a few I hadn't noticed, and I appreciated the honest insight. I ended up canceling the first contract we had due to an issue that came out during due diligence that the seller should have disclosed; Mark went above and beyond to try and make the contract work for me (as much as was in his power to), yet was still supportive of final my decision to cancel it. On top of everything else, he's genuinely personable which made seeing those 55+ houses much more enjoyable.

Mark Jackson recently helped us purchase a home in Clayton, NC from out-of-state. This transaction was complicated by the fact that we wanted to settle on the property within a month. We found Mark to be reliable, honest, responsive, and knowledgeable about the market.
